Editorial Policy

At, we work with an editorial policy and guidelines. We take immense pride in the quality of our content. Our writers produce original, accurate, and engaging material that is free from ethical concerns or conflicts. If you encounter an article that you believe needs improvement, please reach out by emailing [email protected].

Our writers and editors rigorously investigate claims and verify all information gathered for our articles. We consult relevant, diverse, and qualified sources to ensure proper context and background for our readers.

All news and information undergo a thorough review by a staff editor and are fact-checked by staff or a member of our experienced fact-checking team. Articles are rigorously evaluated for accuracy, relevance, and timeliness. If you notice an issue you’d like to bring to our attention, please inform us by emailing [email protected].

Corrections Policy is dedicated to informing readers whenever a factual error occurs, regardless of its magnitude, origin, or how it transpired. We commit to correcting the information swiftly and notifying readers through a transparent statement clearly labeled as a correction. Please report potential errors to [email protected].

We mandate that our writers use primary sources to support their work, including white papers, government data and organizations, original reporting, professional and academic institutions and studies, and interviews with industry experts. We also reference original research from other reputable publishers where appropriate.

We discourage the use of anonymous or unnamed sourcing to maintain transparency and reader trust. However, in some cases where for example job candidates provide us information about specific processes they encountered, we keep these sources anonymous.

A foundational aspect of our reporting and sourcing is to consider often overlooked perspectives from BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and women. We strive to serve all communities and reflect diverse voices and perspectives. We believe in equality, and everyone deserves the same opportunities and chances in life.

Independence & Impartiality is committed to independent, impartial, and fair journalism. Our advertisers do not influence our editorial content, and every staff member and contributor is held accountable to high standards of honesty and transparency.

We maintain a strict separation between advertising and editorial content, clearly labeled “Sponsored Content” to indicate that it is provided by or on behalf of an advertiser or sponsor.

Originality delivers original, useful, and unbiased content. All information does not infringe on copyright or anyone’s intellectual property rights. Any hint of plagiarism is thoroughly investigated and grounds for dismissal. We expect all contributors on the network to adhere to all applicable laws, standards, and accepted journalistic practices, including:

Please report any possible issues to [email protected]

Diversity & Inclusion is committed to addressing your job-related and job interview questions. We recognize that many of our answers may not encompass solutions for readers underserved by the employment industry and professional community. It is our responsibility to address these challenges in our content, or we fall short of our core mission.
